We’re working with a rapidly growing building products installation company that is expanding into the Nashville market. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial General Manager to build a new operation from the ground up, develop a strong team of subcontractors, establish customer relationships, and drive long-term business growth. What You'll Do:
- Lead the launch and growth of a new Nashville operation, overseeing all aspects of branch development and daily operations.
- Recruit, develop, and manage subcontractor teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Take full ownership of branch P&L, financial performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with residential builders, contractors, and key customers throughout the market.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and establish a successful long-term operation.
- Oversee scheduling, project execution, quality, safety, and overall operational performance.
What You'll Need:
- 5–7 years of leadership experience in construction, installed building products, specialty contracting, or a related industry.
- Proven experience managing field operations, installation crews, or subcontractor teams.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management and demonstrated business growth.
- Experience launching, expanding, or turning around a branch or business operation (preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build relationships, develop teams, and operate independently.
- Experience working with residential builders or high-volume construction projects (preferred).
