• Produce 100 lo-fi TikToks per month per client
• Rapidly test hooks, formats, and narratives
• Identify winning creatives
• Scale winners through paid ads to drive efficient installs
We move fast, test aggressively, and optimize relentlessly. We’re deeply plugged into TikTok culture, creator behavior, and performance — and we care about results, not vanity metrics. We’re intentionally building a hybrid, in-person culture, with the team working together in Plano, TX three days a week.
Role Description
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to fully own growth strategy and execution for ~3–4 client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, analytics, creator management, and client ownership.
This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role. You’ll be trusted to make day-to-day decisions, adjust strategy based on performance, and run your accounts like mini businesses. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you see patterns, propose solutions, and execute.
You should be comfortable in the weeds with content, data, creators, and client communication.
What You’ll Do
Client & Account Ownership
• Own growth strategy and execution for 3–4 active clients
• Act as the primary point of contact — managing expectations, updates, and alignment
• Deeply understand each client’s app, funnel, and acquisition goals
• Run client check-ins and present performance insights, learnings, and next steps
• Ensure projects stay on track across timelines, scope, and output
TikTok Growth Strategy & Content Execution
• Build and iterate TikTok content strategies designed to drive installs
• Oversee production of 100 videos per month per client
• Develop and refine content briefs, hooks, formats, and narratives
• Manage and guide creators through feedback, iteration, and approvals
• Spot patterns in winning content and turn them into repeatable systems
• Stay chronically online — tracking trends, formats, audios, and cultural moments
Analytics, Insights & Optimization
• Analyze organic and paid performance to identify what’s converting
• Read content-level insights (hook retention, watch time, CTR, CPI, comments)
• Identify winning creatives and collaborate with paid media to scale them
• Turn performance insights into clear creative improvements
• Help shape testing roadmaps and experimentation plans
Paid Ads Collaboration
• Partner closely with paid media buyers to boost top-performing content
• Understand how creative impacts CPI and downstream performance
• Help prioritize which creatives to scale and why
• Use paid results to inform future organic content strategy
Team & Process Collaboration
• Work closely with creators, editors, media buyers, and ops
• Maintain clean workflows, briefs, and feedback loops
• Contribute to improving internal systems for speed and quality
• Be a calm, reliable operator in a high-output environment

• Strong TikTok instincts and short-form creative intuition
• Experience managing multiple clients or projects at once
• Comfortable reading data and explaining why something worked
• Clear, confident communicator with clients and creators

• Chronically online, culturally fluent, and performance-oriented
