What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager - UGC Ambassador Programs position at The Breadwinners Club?
About Us
Breadwinner Club is a creator marketing agency. Our team has worked with products people know and love. Apps like Figma, Perplexity, Partiful, Hook, and Genies. And consumer brands like Cheetos and Doritos. We produce roughly 1,500 short-form videos every month and have grown to 13 active clients purely through inbound demand and referrals. We run influencer campaigns on TikTok and Instagram for tech and consumer brands. Some clients run 50 videos a month, some run 400 . The small and quickly growing. We move fast and we don't operate like a traditional agency.
The Role
You'll own 3 to 5 client accounts. You own the client relationship and you own the creator management that makes it work. Your job is to make sure clients are informed, creators are delivering, and nothing slips.
Client Management
- Be the main point of contact for your clients
- Send weekly performance reports with metrics, content insights, and next steps
- Run client calls and keep communication proactive, not reactive
- Track delivery against weekly and monthly video targets every single day
- Flag issues early and come with solutions, not just problems
Creator Management
- Coordinate creator briefs and manage content delivery timelines
- Review content quality before it goes live
- Keep creators on schedule and follow up when they fall behind
- Work with support PMs on creator builds and onboarding
- Know where every creator on your accounts stands at any given time
Who You Are
- You take action without being asked. You see something off, you handle it.
- You can juggle multiple clients and keep the details straight across all of them. Nothing slips because you forgot.
- You say what needs to be said. To clients, to the team, to leadership. No sugarcoating, no avoiding hard conversations.
- You figure things out on your own. This is a remote team. Nobody is hovering or holding your hand.
- You don't protect broken processes. If something doesn't work, you call it out and bring a better way to do it.
What We're Looking For
- 2 to 4 years in account management, project management, or client services managing multiple clients or projects at the same time
- Ideally - You are or have been a creator yourself. You know what makes content perform, what a good hook looks like, and why some videos hit and others don't. That perspective changes how you manage creators and how you talk to clients about results.
- You've worked in a fast environment where things change constantly and you didn't need everything spelled out for you to get moving.
- You're comfortable being the person a client relies on. You've held that responsibility before and you didn't shy away from it.
- You learn by doing. You don't need a training manual for every situation. You ask smart questions, figure it out, and keep going.
- Client management experience matters more than any specific industry. If you've kept clients happy while managing moving parts and tight timelines, we want to talk to you. What matters more is how you work than where you worked.
