Job Summary:

The Finance Manager provides financial and analytical support to help drive operational success. This position will also provide key performance indicators and financial performance analysis.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare financial forecasts of and other financial and operational metrics
• Create and analyze divisional financial/operational reporting
• Assist feasibility modeling, including critical evaluation of inputs related to sales, operations, and other departments
• Coordinate with management and prepare, manage and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual overhead budget
• Conducts ad-hoc financial analysis to understand business drivers and the competitive environment to help drive business results
• Evaluates and communicates areas of risk
• Coordinates with corporate accounting and finance to complete month-end close activities
• Ensures compliance with SOX controls
• Collaborates with other departments with ongoing business needs
• Assists in the identification of internal and external training opportunities.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent in related field)
• 3 years public and/or corporate accounting experience
• Certified Public Accounting license (active or inactive) - preferred
• Experience analyzing data/statistics/financials to improve business operations
• Excel and PowerBI proficiency (Ability to create reports and dashboards to analyze trends and information)
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills
• Time Management and Organizational skills
