Assistant/Associate Counsel (In-House)
I’m partnering with a growing, highly-regarded organization to add an Assistant/Associate Counsel to their in-house legal team.
This is a broad, business-facing role offering strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to operate as a true generalist.
What you’ll do:
• Lead drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements (customer, vendor, MSAs, etc.)
• Serve as a key legal partner to sales, operations, and executive leadership
• Advise on compliance, regulatory, and corporate governance matters
• Support a wide range of legal needs across a multi-site, national platform
What they’re looking for:
• ~5–10 years of experience (law firm and/or in-house)
• Strong commercial contracting background
• Ability to operate independently and think like a business partner
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus
