Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible Food Prep Chef to join our team. If you can follow a recipe, the candidate will assist in preparation of sauces, base ingredients and grab & go items for both our coffee shop and Fireworx bar while maintaining cleanliness in the primary kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Support kitchen staff in meal preparation by creating sauces and other items.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
- Aid in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with chef and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Experience:
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a solo environment.
- Willingness to learn and assist with various kitchen tasks
