Residential HVAC Installer – Central Ohio
We’re hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join a growing team serving homeowners throughout Central Ohio.
What You’ll Do
- Install residential furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless systems, and IAQ equipment.
- Complete replacement and retrofit installations.
- Install and modify ductwork.
- Perform startup, charging, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain clean, safe job sites and provide professional customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA 608 Certification required; Type II or Universal preferred
- Valid Ohio driver’s license and good driving record
- Strong installation, troubleshooting, and ductwork skills
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and attention to detail
Pay & Benefits
- $20–$25/hour performance commissions
- $34–$40/hour total earning potential
