We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor to join a growing company serving homeowners throughout Westchester County. This opportunity is ideal for a proven HVAC sales professional who knows how to build trust, identify customer needs, and recommend the right heating and cooling solutions. You will receive company-provided leads but must also be comfortable generating new opportunities through networking, referrals, and community relationships.
What You’ll DoRun company-provided residential HVAC sales leads
Generate leads through networking, referrals, community outreach, and relationship building
Meet with homeowners to evaluate their comfort needs
Recommend HVAC replacements, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions
Prepare accurate proposals and clearly explain available options
Follow up with customers and guide them through the sales process
Coordinate with installation and operations teams
Maintain accurate lead, proposal, and sales records
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Previous experience as a Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor
Proven track record of producing at least $1 million in annual HVAC sales
Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and replacement options
Ability to close company-provided leads while generating new opportunities
Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only role
Professional appearance and customer-focused approach
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience using CRM or field-service software is preferred
