We’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer who wants more than just another installation job.

Our Greater Hartford operation is growing, and this is an opportunity to join early, help shape our installation department, establish high-quality standards, mentor developing installers, and position yourself for future leadership.

If you take pride in craftsmanship, know how to complete installations the right way, and want the opportunity to grow into a Lead Installer, Supervisor, or Manager role, we want to talk with you.

What You’ll Do

• Complete residential HVAC installations and system replacements
• Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, air handlers, controls, and related equipment
• Perform system startup, testing, and commissioning
• Troubleshoot installation and system-performance issues
• Ensure installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Help prevent callbacks through quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Help establish and improve installation processes and standards
• Mentor apprentices and developing installers as the team grows

What You’ll Need

Required:

• Active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 HVAC Journeyperson License
• EPA Section 608 certification
• Strong residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience with furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, controls, and system startups
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Even Better If You Have:

• EPA Universal certification
• Experience leading crews or mentoring apprentices
• NATE certification
• OSHA training
• ServiceTitan experience
• A leadership mindset and pride in your craft
