Journeyman Electrician - Residential Service
Location: Jackson, WI
Service Area: Washington County, Ozaukee County & Northeastern Milwaukee
Compensation: Up to $60/hr DOE Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week

What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems
- Diagnose electrical issues and identify root causes
- Install and service panels, load centers, breakers, lighting, switches, receptacles, surge protection, transformers, and related equipment
- Perform safety inspections and ensure code compliance
- Bend and install EMT conduit as needed
- Prepare accurate material lists and job scopes
- Educate homeowners on repair and upgrade options
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
- Represent the company with pride in customers' homes
What We're Looking For
- Active Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
- 5 years of electrical experience
- Strong residential service and troubleshooting background
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, code requirements, measurements, and calculations
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
