Job Description Job Title: Year-Round Landscaping and Snow Crew Member Location: Eden Prairie (Twin Cities Metro Area) Compensation: $20 to $30 an hour. We are a premier property maintenance company in the Twin Cities area, and we are actively expanding our field operations. We are looking for dedicated crew members who want consistent, year-round work.
We are building a strong core team and want individuals who take pride in their outdoor work across all seasons. Core Responsibilities: You will perform winter maintenance tasks including shoveling snow and plowing. You will transition to full landscaping operations during the spring and summer months.
You will work alongside our existing field team to ensure all client properties are maintained to high standards year-round. Candidate Qualifications: You must have prior experience working in landscaping. You must be prepared and willing to handle winter weather conditions for snow removal operations.
You must be a reliable team player, as we are looking to hire immediately to help us scale
