The Black Whale is the premier, high volume restaurant (300 seats, over $12,000,000 in sales) on the South Coast of MA, serving Innovative coastal cuisine. It is part of Servedwell Hospitality, owners of seven full service, year round concepts including Cisco New Bedford, Brotherhood of Thieves in Nantucket and the original Not Your Average Joe's. We are known for high quality, creative dishes and sushi, paired with excellent service, in a one of a kind waterfront location.
We're looking for an Executive Chef for our highly successful and growing restaurant!

REQUIREMENTS
- •Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Chef in a similar restaurant concept
- •Demonstrated track record of strong leadership and ability to lead high performing teams.
- •Demonstrated ability to obtain results through others.
- •Demonstrated ability to achieve positive financial results
- •Excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills
- •Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage workload with minimum direction.
