This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, so no previous experience is required. However, candidates with backgrounds in marketing, promotions, events, customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will represent client campaigns at live events and promotional activations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to develop valuable communication and marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner at events and promotional sites
- Interact with prospective customers and create positive brand experiences
- Build rapport with customers and identify their interests and needs
- Deliver presentations or product/service explanations when required
- Develop strong product and campaign knowledge
- Answer questions confidently and professionally
- Assist with customer sign-ups and registrations
- Record daily results and campaign feedback accurately
