Key Responsibilities
Represent client brands professionally at events, retail locations, pop-up sites, and promotional campaigns
Engage directly with customers and create memorable experiences
Build rapport quickly and communicate campaign messaging clearly
Promote products, services, or nonprofit initiatives confidently
Support customer acquisition, registrations, sign-ups, and sales goals
Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
Gather customer feedback and market insight
Track campaign results and daily performance metrics
Work closely with team leaders to achieve individual and team goals
Maintain a positive, high-energy team environment
