Annual Salary: $50,000 - $60,000

Logistics Coordinator - Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily intermodal schedule for Big Blue Boxes in our new Chicago facility
- Data entry
- Track and tracking all orders
- Schedule appointments for imports/exports
- Driver paperwork
- Customer communication
- Problem solving before the issues result in service failures
- Timely clerical responsibilities to ensure completeness of job
- Chassis pickup and drop locations
- Other job duties as assigned
Logistics Coordinator - Education and Experience Required:
- 2 year degree, Bachelors preferred
- Transportation/Management experience or will train the right candidate
Logistics Coordinator - Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft office products
- Computerized dispatch and record keeping
- Willingness to adapt to ever changing customer requirements
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Tolerance to ambiguity
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
