Position Overview
We’re seeking a technically strong, solutions-oriented Senior Integration Developer / Business Systems Developer to drive system integrations and automation across manufacturing and enterprise platforms. This role sits at the intersection of IT and operations, partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, data flow, and scalability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, enhance, and build automation tools using Python and PowerShell
• Develop and manage integrations across ERP systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other business platforms
• Optimize and streamline data flow between manufacturing systems and internal applications
• Design and implement ETL pipelines and data synchronization processes
• Build user-friendly tools and interfaces (tkinter, WinForms) to support internal teams
• Implement secure authentication protocols and credential management best practices
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users across departments
• Create clear documentation and training materials to support adoption
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Production, Quality, and leadership to align systems with business needs
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience with business systems integration, automation, and process improvement
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or operations-driven environment
• Ability to think holistically about systems, data flow, and business impact
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and explain technical concepts clearly
• High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Technical Expertise
• Advanced Python (pandas, openpyxl, PyMuPDF, tkinter)
• PowerShell (WinForms, scripting, modules)
• T-SQL / SQL Server
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Graph API, SharePoint, Exchange, Azure AD, OneDrive)
• Experience with ERP systems (JobBOSS or similar preferred)
• Experience with REST APIs, automation tools, and data integration
