Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Executive to grow and manage Fire & Life Safety service relationships throughout the Phoenix market.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships with property managers, facilities leaders, and commercial clients. The Sales Executive will focus on developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and helping clients maintain compliance and safety across their properties.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
- Develop and grow new business opportunities within the Fire & Life Safety market
- Expand relationships within existing client accounts
- Identify opportunities for inspections, testing, maintenance, repairs, and additional service offerings
- Generate and manage sales pipeline activity throughout the assigned territory
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and client presentations
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor for property managers, facilities leaders, and ownership groups
- Build strong long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and customer service
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations as needed
- Help clients navigate compliance requirements and service recommendations
Strategic Account Management
- Support client retention and account growth initiatives
- Collaborate internally to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and strengthen partnerships
- Stay informed on industry trends, code requirements, and market activity
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within Fire & Life Safety, Facilities Services, Mechanical Services, Building Services, or related industries
- Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships
- Strong understanding of Fire & Life Safety services and compliance environments preferred
- Experience selling into multifamily, commercial, or facility management environments strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously
- Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with building systems is a plus
