In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our turnover activities, managing documentation, tracking progress, supporting meetings, and enabling effective communication across departments. Your attention to detail and organizational prowess will be instrumental in maintaining consistency, visibility, and accuracy in all turnover-related operations. Required Skills:
- Proven administrative experience (3-5 years), ideally in industrial, construction, or operational settings
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneNote)
- Experience with SharePoint and document control systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work onsite within a TWIC-controlled environment and obtain TWIC credentials
- Capable of managing multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality
Nice to Have Skills:
- Supporting project teams, turnover processes, or document management systems experience
- Knowledge of industrial or construction project workflows
- Experience coordinating security access, badges, and site logistics
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant administrative support experience in related industries
Other Requirements:
- Must work onsite Monday through Friday, 8-hour days
- Ability to support site-specific activities, including meetings, documentation, and coordination tasks
