We’re seeking a Lease Operator Subject Matter Expert to support operations in Williston, ND. This role is ideal for an experienced lease operations professional who understands the demands of large corporate environments and can provide practical expertise across all forms of artificial lift.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in lease operations for the Bakken asset.
• Apply knowledge of all forms of artificial lift to support field operations.
• Support training initiatives by sharing practical lease operations expertise.
• Provide expertise that helps inform and support role assignment.
• Work effectively within a large corporate environment.
• Travel as needed to support training and role-assignment activities.

• Expertise in lease operations within the Bakken asset.
• Knowledge of all forms of artificial lift.
• Experience working with or within large corporations.
• Ability to travel as required to support training and role assignment.
