Required Skills
- 5 years of applicable Oil and Gas production experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of production equipment and field operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and P&IDs
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between field locations
- At least a GED degree
- Experience working in remote or camp environments
- Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Additional certifications in safety or technical trades
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 5-10 years of comprehensive Oil and Gas production experience, emphasizing field technical work
- Willingness to work a 8/6 rotation on the night shift, with comfort staying in a man camp environment
- Compensation range: $32-$38 per hour, based on experience
