What You’ll Do
- Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts
- Open/close the restaurant and ensure smooth daily operations
- Lead and support the front-of-house team across all positions
- Deliver top-tier guest service—even during high-volume shifts
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
- Handle cash, POS systems, and daily reporting accurately
- 1 year of leadership experience
- 2 years of front-of-house experience (serving, hosting, bartending)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends required)
- POS and cash-handling experience
- 3–5 Manager-on-Duty shifts per week
- Additional FOH shifts to maintain full-time hours
- Mostly evenings and closing shifts (including weekends)
- Active role: standing, walking, lifting, and working with kitchen equipment
- $23–$25/hour (DOE)
