We are currently looking for energetic, experienced, passionate, engaged, motivated, committed and hard working people to join our team of Ale Workers. We are hiring an experienced front of house manager to lead and inspire our front of house team.
We’re Looking for an Individual with:
• Previous Leadership experience at a high volume restaurant/bar. This is an ideal position for someone who has previously managed a restaurant and is enthusiastic about furthering a career in the industry.
• Smart, intuitive people with a positive attitude, a humble approach to new challenges, and a strong work ethic.
• The right candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate and support the vision of the company through strong leadership, positive attitude and desire for growth!
• Someone who is willing to commit 3-5 years with our company.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 to 5 years as a manager in a full service (table service with full bar) restaurant.
• Must work weekends.
• A stable work history displaying longevity in positions.
• Must possess strong leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of computer software and POS programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
• Ability to manage personnel.
• Guest oriented and service minded.
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees.
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
• Must be solution oriented and possess emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work with various types of technology/POS systems.
• Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
• Must be dependable, reliable, professional and motivated.
• Able to work ten hour shifts, with extensive standing/walking.
• Bar management experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift materials and/or product up to 50 pounds or more.

Work Week: Average work week is 45-50 hours with two consecutive days off per week.

Salary : $70,000
