Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists using the restaurant's seating system
- Monitor dining room flow and communicate table availability to servers and kitchen staff
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to minimize guest wait times
- Assist servers by refilling water, removing dishes, and supporting overall table maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front-of-house areas
- Provide guests with menu information and answer general questions about the restaurant
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer service role preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 16 years of age or older
