About this job:

As an Automation Specialist at The Bank of Missouri, you will play a key role in optimizing operational efficiency through the development and implementation of automation and integration solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, enhance service delivery, and support our digital transformation efforts. Your contributions will help modernize internal operations and strengthen our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers and communities.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft automations and integrations to streamline banking processes by identifying and automating repetitive tasks, improving operational efficiency, and reducing manual errors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Ensure the security and compliance of all integration and automation solutions in accordance with The Bank of Missouri’s policies and regulatory requirements
  • Perform regular testing and maintenance of MuleSoft integrations and RPA workflows to ensure reliability and performance
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MuleSoft-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution
  • Document all integration and automation processes, including design, implementation, and maintenance procedures
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve processes and systems
  • Participate in project planning and execution, contributing to the successful delivery of integration and automation projects
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide training and support on MuleSoft RPA and integration tools, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Data, Business, Finance, Information Management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in supporting and maintaining MuleSoft automation processes, including API integrations, workflows, and RPA bots
  • Skilled in monitoring and resolving issues with Salesforce flows integrated through MuleSoft to ensure optimal performance
  • Practical knowledge in implementing and optimizing Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) pipelines using OCR, NLP, and AI tools within the MuleSoft ecosystem
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and develop robust automation solutions
  • Maintains comprehensive documentation for workflows, integrations, and support procedures to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Actively participates in incident management, conducting root cause analysis, and performing proactive system monitoring
  • Assists in the testing, deployment, and upgrading of MuleSoft and associated automation platforms
  • Ensures strict adherence to security, data privacy, and organizational policies in all automation activities
  • Hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including RPA Manager, Bot administration, Mulesoft RPA builder, BPMN modeling, composer, and API administration
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns to facilitate seamless data
