SAP Specialist

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus
• Proven experience as an SAP Specialist or SAP Consultant with at least 1 year of experience

• Ability to read technical drawings (blueprints & bill of materials) and understanding of MRP (materials Requirement Planning)
• In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Strong project management skills to lead SAP-related initiatives
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Engineering department.
• Establish and maintain recordkeeping systems for the Engineering department.
• Responsible for set up and maintenance of Item master in SAP
• Data entry and maintenance of structured bill of materials into SAP
• Support managers in implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities
• Uphold data governance policies and procedures to ensure standardized data naming, establish consistent data definitions and monitor overall data quality for assigned data entities
• Collaborate with departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using SAP
• Configure, customize, and develop SAP solutions to address specific business needs
• Provide end-user support by troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related issues
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on SAP usage and best practices
• Oversee SAP integrations with other systems and applications
• Manage data migration, data cleansing, and data archiving activities within SAP
• Proactively identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in SAP applications
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations, processes, and procedures
• Generate and present reports on system performance, usage, and key performance indicators
