This role is responsible for maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and well-organized office environment while supporting daily business operations and team needs.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level administrative support to regional leaders, including complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors by managing front desk operations and providing friendly, professional assistance.Coordinate office catering needs, including ordering meals for meetings, events, and celebrations.Manage daily distribution of incoming mail and packages, as well as prepare and process outgoing shipments, including FedEx.Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of office and conference areas, ensuring meeting spaces are properly equipped and technology functions smoothly.Conduct daily assessments of shared spaces—such as conference rooms, huddle rooms, and kitchen areas—to ensure they remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.Support the fulfillment of sponsorship commitments with business and community partners as needed.Serve as the emergency administrator for the office, maintaining emergency backpacks, checklists, and related resource materials.Provide general administrative support to regional team members.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree required.Minimum of 1 year of administrative office experience, preferably in a corporate setting.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and excel in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Company DescriptionThe Bachrach Group (TBG) is a New York-based staffing and recruiting agency founded in 1974 by Richard Bachrach.
