Part-Time | Up to 40 Hours/Month | $40/hr | Remote (US Only)
The Automation Company is seeking a detail-oriented Internal HubSpot Specialist to support the ongoing development, optimization, and maintenance of our internal HubSpot environment. This is a junior-level, contract (1099) position with the opportunity to expand into client-facing work at higher billable rates based on performance.
You will work alongside our senior RevOps consultants and executive team to build internal systems, demos, proofs of concept, and repeatable assets that support our sales, marketing, and service teams.
- Manage and enhance our internal HubSpot account across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Build demo environments and proof-of-concept workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and automations for prospective and current clients.
- Create and maintain custom objects, properties, field mappings, and data structures.
- Assist with building standardized templates, sequences, internal playbooks, and reusable assets for client-facing teams.
- Support the configuration of lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing workflows, and pipeline automations.
- Conduct regular internal portal audits and cleanup activities, including maintenance of workflows, lists, and assets.
- Assist with integrations, syncing rules, and testing between HubSpot and connected tools.
- Document processes, updates, and changes clearly and consistently.
- Troubleshoot internal HubSpot issues and support internal ticket requests.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to build scalable systems that can be replicated across client projects.
- 1–2 years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub).
- Understanding of workflows, CRM objects, properties, lifecycle stages, and reporting.
- Experience with building lists, automations, forms, emails, dashboards, and pipelines.
- Ability to follow structured documentation, SOPs, and naming conventions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Must be able to meet internal response time SLAs (2–4 hours during business hours).
- Experience supporting CRM implementations or HubSpot cleanup projects.
- Understanding of integrations between HubSpot and other SaaS tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to create clean, repeatable demo or sandbox environments.
