Coach and support fellow agents to ensure consistent service standards.
Analyze current market trends to recommend competitive insurance products to our customers.
Maintain high standards of ethical practice and transparency in all sales interactions.
Collaborate with the broader team to refine our local sales processes and improve client outcomes.
Requirements
Valid Connecticut Life and Health Insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and lead small projects.
Proficiency in data management tools and agency software.
Deep understanding of the Connecticut insurance market and regional coverage needs.
Strong organizational skills for managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
