Identify new opportunities for individuals and businesses to protect their assets through our comprehensive insurance offerings.
Guide prospective clients through the selection process, ensuring they fully understand their coverage options and feel confident in their decisions.
Maintain a portfolio of existing clients by providing regular check-ins and adjusting coverage as their lives or businesses evolve.
Document client interactions and policy details accurately to ensure seamless administrative support.
Collaborate with the broader Norfolk team to share strategies and improve our collective service impact.
Represent The Atlantic District in local community events to foster meaningful connections throughout Virginia.
Requirements
Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
Three years of professional experience in insurance sales or account management.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and office technology.
Exceptional active listening skills and a warm, approachable personality.
Experience with local market networking and building community partnerships.
Salary : $220,000 - $250,000
