Lead and inspire our sales team to reach individual and agency-wide production goals through consistent guidance.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies that help us connect with more families and business owners in York.
Recruit and train new talent, ensuring everyone has the tools and confidence to succeed in their roles.
Review sales performance data to identify areas for growth and refine our outreach approach.
Represent The Atlantic District in the local community to strengthen our brand and build lasting partnerships.
Work closely with the executive team to shape our vision and refine our internal processes for long-term success.
Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
Five or more years of experience in insurance leadership or high-level sales management.
Deep understanding of the local York, PA insurance market and regional business landscape.
Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and mentor high-performing sales teams.
Strong organizational skills to manage complex sales cycles and performance reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
