Role Details

SharePoint Support Specialist focused on gathering requirements, designing solutions, and providing ongoing SharePoint support and training within a hybrid environment. Collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful migration to Microsoft 365 and Nintex.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from stakeholders for Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Nintex solutions.
- Design out‑of‑the‑box or custom solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business value.
- Provide day‑to‑day SharePoint support and training.
- Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts and best practices for Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Assist with migration from on‑prem SharePoint to Microsoft 365.
- Support Nintex migration efforts.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships within the department and across the organization.
- Manage competing demands while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience gathering requirements for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions.
- Experience with business process mapping.
- Strong commitment to customer service and quality.
