Role Details
- Compensation: Up to $39/hr W2

Integrates creative design expertise with hands‑on SharePoint site development to deliver visually compelling, consistently branded, and user‑friendly internal digital experiences. Supports digital innovation by creating both visual content and SharePoint environments that host that content. Drives the end‑to‑end lifecycle of intranet sites, ensuring governance, structure, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, configure, and launch SharePoint Online sites using approved templates and governance guidelines.
- Build site information architecture: pages, navigation, lists, libraries, metadata, views, and permissions.
- Establish governance, cadence, and usage guidelines for stakeholders.
- Manage site lifecycle: updates, enhancements, content refresh, and archival.
- Produce high‑quality visual content for SharePoint pages, intranet, internal communications, and presentations.
- Support UX/UI visual design for new intranet experiences.
- Translate business needs into user‑focused content layouts and site structure.
- Consult with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate unstructured requests into structured digital experiences.
- Communicate design concepts and project status to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (minimum 6 years of relevant experience).
- Proven experience building SharePoint Online sites (team and communication sites).
- Hands‑on experience configuring lists, libraries, content types, and pages.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
- Strong visual communication skills and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Experience producing graphics for web and intranet environments.
- Ability to translate business needs into user‑focused content layouts and site structure.
- Strong consultative and requirements‑gathering capabilities.
