This is a 5-month contract working in Westminster, CO (Onsite). We are offering a pay rate up to $33 per hour based on skill set.
Role Details
- Compensation: Up to $33/hr W2

Business Systems Analyst responsible for managing pipeline reporting, partner onboarding, and query resolution within a partner portal environment. The role ensures accurate data and efficient partner processes, supporting the organization’s partner relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline reporting, approving deals registered by partners subject to specific requirements
- Audit deals entered by partners against specific data elements
- Onboard new partners into the partner portal
- Resolve partner queries and issues related to PRM tool usage
- Analyze tool metrics and usage
- Ensure lead routing methodologies are followed and accurately recorded
- Support PRM administrator with tool updates and maintenance
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
- High degree of analytical competency
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to change positively, thrive in a matrixed work environment, and manage competing demands
- Fluent English language skills
Preferred Skills
- 2-4 years experience in a quantitative role such as sales operations, finance, business operations, data analytics or business analytics
- Experience in customer engagement and query resolution
