Summary
The Ash Group is hiring a Program Manager for our client, a major electricity and natural gas utility provider. This is a 12-month contract working in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) offering a pay rate of $98 per hour based on skillset.
Role Details
- Compensation: $98/hr W2

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage 2–3 demand response programs across multiple states (client operates in eight states)
- Oversee customer enrollments and account management enablement
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and program performance
- Produce program reports and filings
- Coordinate billing, waivers, complaints, and year-end closeout
- Support enrollment planning and rule communication
- Program status reports, performance write-ups, filings, planning, presentations to account managers and operations
- Enrollment push, webinars, forecasting, pipeline management, summer readiness
- Summer event season—program support, billing file setup, performance checks, customer issues
What We’re Looking For
- Must have 7 years of Program management experience
- Forecasting and budgeting experience is a must
- Ability to manage stakeholder collaboration (account management, operations)
- Strong Excel skills is required
- Utility experience preferred but not required
