Summary
The Ash Group is hiring a Help Desk Specialist for our client, a major electricity and natural gas utility provider. This is a 7-month contract working in Denver, CO (Onsite) offering a pay rate of $34 per hour based on skillset.
Role Details
- Compensation: $34/hr W2
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Image, configure, and deploy corporate laptops, desktops, and field devices
- Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets and scheduled appointments
- Prepare devices proactively throughout the day
- Support walk-up requests at service centers
- Assist with inventory counts and device staging
- Travel locally to support multiple Xcel Energy locations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Must be able to work 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM MDT
- 5–7 years of prior helpdesk or deskside support experience is required
- Strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills is a must
- Must have hands-on experience imaging and configuring devices
- Experience with SCCM and Intune strongly preferred
- ServiceNow experience helpful
- iOS knowledge preferred due to upcoming field device transitions
- Field support experience required
