Summary
The Ash Group is hiring an HR Administrative Assistant for our client, a global leader providing advanced systems and support in defense, aerospace, and security. This is a 6-month contract working in Broomfield, CO (Hybrid) and offering a pay rate of $25 per hour based on skillset.
Role Details
- Compensation: Up to $25/hr W2
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and direct primary care benefits. After six months of employment, enjoy a 4% matched 401(k) plan with immediate 100% vesting.
- Duration: 6-month contract
- Location: Broomfield, CO (Hybrid)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with the TA Operations team to ensure candidate interviews and job requisitions are processed with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely, professional, and personable communication throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule candidate interviews, including travel, across various time zones and using multiple platforms to ensure a seamless process for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Review and edit job requisitions to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency with internal standards.
- Provide administrative support and prepare candidates during the pre-onboarding process. This includes organization of candidate offer paperwork.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years with Recruiting or HR experience is great, but must understand this is an administrative/support role is a must
- Must have MS Office Suite (including Outlook, Teams & SharePoint experience)
- Solid organization and time management skills are required
- Strong collaborative skills is a must
