Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security tools.
- Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and related equipment.
- Maintain documentation of support tickets and system updates.
- Assist users with basic IT procedures and best practices.
- Support system security, updates, and password policy compliance.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of Tier 1 support experience.
- Working knowledge of computer systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows OS and standard business applications (Microsoft 365, Teams).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Works well independently and in a team.
Education/Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CompTIA A or Microsoft certifications preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
