Handles high-volume accounting tasks including invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor reconciliation, payroll hours, reporting, and general ledger support. Works with minimal supervision across AP, AR, billing, cost accounting, and payroll.

Handles high-volume accounting tasks including invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor reconciliation, payroll hours, reporting, and general ledger support. Works with minimal supervision across AP, AR, billing, cost accounting, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and code invoices; ensure proper approvals
- Perform three-way match and post invoices for timely payment
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end close and prepare journal entries
- Assist with audits and maintain SOX compliance
- Prepare reports and perform AP/AR reconciliations
- Process payroll hours and support payroll deductions/calculations
- Review work from other clerks when needed
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned
- 24 year degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or equivalent experience
- 3 years accounting/payroll experience
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- High attention to detail, analytical skills, and accuracy with numbers
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles (California labor laws a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Salary : $23 - $38
