Pay Rate/Range: $15/hr
Description: A local residential, commercial, and industrial real estate company is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance / Groundskeeper. In this Maintenance / Groundskeeper role, you will:

Maintain all common areas, walkways, breezeways, public bathrooms, parking lots or other areas as required.

Pick up trash including cigarette butts and leaves.

Trim bushes and spray weeds.

Report safety concerns.
-
Clean dumpster areas.
-
Remove graffiti and handle minor painting projects.

Remove snow and ice as needed.
-
Keep the shop organized and ensure that equipment is clean and accounted for.

Plunge toilets and shut off water supply or meters when needed.

Change light bulbs when needed.
-
Repair holes in dry-wall and match paint.

Assist with filter changes when needed.

Submit timesheets, expense reports and purchase receipts.

Maintain a clean vehicle, tools and equipment.
Job Requirements:

High school diploma/GED required
-
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Drug screen and background check are required
-
Ability to lift 100lb necessary to installation and removal of construction items
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (flexible)
