Pay Rate/Range: $17-20/hr
Description: Seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the daily operations of the HR department. This temporary human resources position will assist with on-boarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions. The Human Resources Assistant will handle pre-employment processes (background checks, drug screens), onboarding, and the maintenance of employee records and HR databases. Responsibilities also include tracking certifications, supporting reports and audits, assisting with payroll and benefits, answering employee questions, and handling general clerical tasks like filing and data entry.
Job Requirements: Must have a High School Diploma or GED and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
Job Type: 3 month contract, with potential for permanent placement
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
