Pay Rate/Range: $14/hr
Description: Seeking an office support professional to assist with paper file management and data entry for a non-profit. This temporary position will support both the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement and Data Services Departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working with both physical files and electronic records. This role will spend approximately 70% of the time on paper file management and 30% on data entry, while following company policies, procedures, and completing required trainings.
Duties:

Faxing, filing, scanning, and uploading both paper and electronic documents

Maintaining databases with accurate and timely data entry

Organizing and managing electronic care records

Assisting with internal and external audit preparation
Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Previous office, filing, or data entry experience preferred

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to lift large files as needed

Will be required to pass a background check, fingerprinting, physical, and drug screen
Job Type: Temporary, approximately 2-3 months
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm (40 hours a week)
