Pay Rate/Range: $19-20/hr
Description: This role will provide administrative support, assist with customer communication, handle invoicing, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a professional attitude, and previous customer service or invoicing experience.
Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Aftermarket team and assist with special projects as needed
-
Communicate with customers professionally and assist with customer service needs
-
Prepare and process invoices and complete other administrative tasks
-
Perform data entry, typing, filing, copying, scanning, and other general office duties
-
Maintain accurate records and ensure attention to detail in all work
-
Follow verbal and written instructions, work orders, shipping orders, and company procedures
-
Use Microsoft Office and manufacturing software to complete daily tasks
-
Communicate with management regarding work progress and any potential issues
-
Maintain a clean, organized work area and protect confidential company and customer information
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
Previous customer service experience preferred
-
Previous invoicing experience preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Basic understanding of sales and customer service responsibilities
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Made2Manage or other manufacturing software is a plus

Typing speed of 45–50 WPM
-
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain a professional attitude
Job Type: Contract to hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00a.m – 5:00pm
