Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate activities for children. - Provide care and support to toddlers in a nurturing and safe environment. - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members. - Assist in the development and implementation of educational lesson plans. - Support curriculum development and participate in creating engaging learning experiences. - Help with childcare duties such as feeding, diapering, and supervising playtime. - Utilize knowledge of early childhood education principles to enhance the learning environment. - Implement behavior management techniques to promote a positive classroom atmosphere. Requirements: - Previous experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting is preferred. - Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. - Knowledge of early childhood education practices and child development stages. - Ability to assist in curriculum planning and implementing educational activities. - Familiarity with math concepts suitable for young children. - Understanding of special education principles is a plus. - Ability to manage children's behavior in a constructive manner.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
