Full-time Description The Arc Western Montana is hiring an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Finance team.
You'll play an important role in ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time while supporting the financial operations that help serve adults with developmental disabilities in Missoula.

- Review, code, and process vendor invoices for timely payment
- Verify invoice approvals, supporting documentation, and account coding
- Prepare and process check and electronic payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Process company credit card and business expense transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounts payable reconciliations
- Maintain accurate vendor records, including new vendor setup and maintenance
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment and invoice questions

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Two to three years of accounting, bookkeeping, administrative, or related office experience preferred
- Accounts payable experience is a plus but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to pass required background checks
