- Perform maintenance and repairs on residential homes, administrative offices, day program facilities, vehicles, equipment, and grounds
- Complete general carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs
- Perform seasonal grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, irrigation maintenance, weed control and snow and ice removal
- Complete work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, and repair documentation accurately and on time
- Maintain vehicles, trailers, tools, and maintenance equipment in safe working condition
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors on repairs and facility improvement projects as needed
- Assist with facility improvement projects and occasional after-hours emergencies

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Five (5) years of licensed driving experience with an acceptable driving record
- One year of facilities maintenance, building maintenance, construction, or related skilled trade experience preferred
- Technical or vocational training in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, mechanical systems, or a related field is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, and time management skills
- Basic computer skills, including email and electronic work order systems
- Ability to pass required background checks
