Employment Options
• Full-Time (benefited at 30 hours or more)

• Fee-for-Service opportunities available
Compensation
• Full-Time: starting at approximately $36.05/hour
• Part-Time: approximately $32.27–$36.05/hour
• Fee-for-Service: approximately $65.55–$88.43/visit
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, schedule, and service model.

What You’ll Do
As an Occupational/Physical Therapist in our Early Intervention Program, you will:
• Conduct developmental assessments for infants and toddlers (birth–3)
• Develop meaningful IFSP outcomes and intervention strategies with families
• Provide therapy services in homes, community settings, and center-based environments
• Support motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, play, and daily routines
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary EI team
• Communicate regularly with families and providers regarding child progress
• Maintain timely documentation and billing records
• Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications
Required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational or Physical Therapy program
• Current Massachusetts OT or PT license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel for home visits
• CORI/SORI background clearance
Preferred
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families
• Early Intervention experience
• Master’s degree
• Ability to obtain Massachusetts Early Intervention Specialist Certification within 3 years
