Full-time employment with The Arc of Greater Boone County includes the following BENEFITS:
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance offered the first of the month following 60 days
- Health insurance premiums are covered at 100% for employees if they participate in the Wellness Program
- Dental and vision insurance premiums covered 60% for employees
- The Arc covers 50% of health, dental, and vision premiums for spouse and/or dependents
- $25,000 life insurance policy given to all full-time staff
- Health Savings Account offered
- The Arc matches contributions up to $500 for employees who have been employed for less than 2 years and up to $1000 for employees who have been employed for more than 2 years.
- Retirement Account offered with up to a 3% match.
- Vacation, sick, and personal time earned after 90 days

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Have reliable transportation and valid car insurance
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a drug screen
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
Day Services DSP
The Arc is looking to fill a full-time DSP position in the Day Services Program. The DSP assists clients with programs, activities, and community outings.
