**Position Overview**

The Arc of Centre County is seeking a **Residential Supervisor II** to lead the daily operations of a group home supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

This role is ideal for a **hands-on leader** who is passionate about person-centered care, skilled in staff supervision, and committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment.

**What You'll Do**

• Supervise, coach, and support direct care staff (scheduling, training, performance management)
• Ensure implementation and updates of Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and agency policies
• Provide crisis intervention and respond to emergencies as needed
• Coordinate care with families, case managers, and medical professionals
• Oversee household operations, including budgeting, inventory, and medication administration
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Foster a positive, respectful, and person-centered home environment
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
  
  

**What We're Looking For**

• 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university and experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs.
• OR
• A High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 months of experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Experience working with individuals with IDD (preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license (required)
