**Position Overview**
The Arc of Centre County is seeking a **Residential Supervisor II** to lead the daily operations of a group home supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
This role is ideal for a **hands-on leader** who is passionate about person-centered care, skilled in staff supervision, and committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment.
**What You'll Do**
- Supervise, coach, and support direct care staff (scheduling, training, performance management)
- Ensure implementation and updates of Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and agency policies
- Provide crisis intervention and respond to emergencies as needed
- Coordinate care with families, case managers, and medical professionals
- Oversee household operations, including budgeting, inventory, and medication administration
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Foster a positive, respectful, and person-centered home environment
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
- 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university and experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs.
- OR
- A High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 months of experience working directly with persons with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs.
- Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with IDD (preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license (required)
