The Arc of Centre County is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their homes and communities.
💲 Starting Pay: $18/hour
➕ $1/hour stacking shift differentials available
🎉 Earn up to a $1,000 sign-on/stay-on bonus
We offer many other flexible scheduling options, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Part-Time Positions are also available! Pay starts at $17/hour with $600 sign-on bonus.
No experience required - ALL training is PAID.

What You'll Do
As a DSP in our Residential program, you will:
