Position Overview
The Arc of Centre County is seeking a Residential Supervisor II to lead the daily operations of a group home supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about person-centered care, skilled in staff supervision, and committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment.
What You'll Do

Supervise, coach, and support direct care staff (scheduling, training, performance management)

Ensure implementation and updates of Individual Support Plans (ISPs)

Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and agency policies

Provide crisis intervention and respond to emergencies as needed

Coordinate care with families, case managers, and medical professionals

Oversee household operations, including budgeting, inventory, and medication administration

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

Foster a positive, respectful, and person-centered home environment

Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support
What We're Looking For

Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)

Experience working with individuals with IDD (preferred)

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license (required)
